Brookston is a residential community in McKinney Texas just north of Silverado Trail between Ridge Road and Alma Road. This collection of about 200 homes were built between 2003 and 2007 and offer a variety of homes from 1300 ft.² to about 3300 ft.². Right in the center of the community is the Edris Elliott elementary school and the John M. Whisenant Park. $250,000 to about $380,000. The John M. Whisenant Park is located just north of the community, within walking distance to several homes and offers a large green space, playground equipment, picnic tables, and shelters. It’s a great place for a game, party, or just to relax and play.
