Falcon Creek is a subdivision in McKinney Texas just south of Virginia Parkway and north of the Falcon Creek Park.
Part of the larger Stonebridge Ranch, Falcon Creek is home to about 200 homesites from 1994 to 2000. Most of these homes are 3 to 5 bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, and in sizes from 2800 ft.² to over 3300 ft.². There are two distinct sections to this community, both surrounding the Falcon Creek Park and Eddins Elementary school.
This collection of single-family homes offer a variety of designs and styles in prices from about $160,000-$380,000. Most homes sit on quarter acre lots with either two or three car garages.
Homes are either one or two-story with brick design, steep pitched roofs and fireplaces. Some homes have backyard swimming pools, outdoor entertaining areas, and many feature an open floor plan design. Some of the new construction homes in this area sell for around $500,000, but this is out of the norm.
Residents of Falcon Creek are part of a homeowners association and pay between $65 and $100 per month based on the home site. This covers common area maintenance, management, and community amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, a playground, and jogging paths and biking trails. You’re also just down the street from the West Ridge golf course and around the corner from Stonebridge Ranch country club.
The Falcon Creek Park is just under 12 acres and features a picnic shelter, a barrier-free play structure, swings, half acre pond with fishing, softball fields, hiking and biking trails, a multipurpose court, open turf area for soccer fields and parking spaces. There are no restrooms at this park.
Falcon Creek is really in the heart of everything around McKinney Texas.
